Therapy is more than just talking, it’s about processing, understanding, connecting feelings and how they impact your functioning. We begin by combining psychotherapy, evidence-based practices with mind-body therapies. Our goal is to assist clients with healing and connecting with their authentic and genuine self. We strive to provide clients with a neutral safe space in which the clinician listens to your concerns and develops a customized treatment plan.
